Description
Second City Salvage is offering today this Victorian brass gooseneck wall sconce that has been fully restored. It was painted and lacquered when received so after all of that was removed, this is the finish we found so it has only been lightly cleaned and will age back to a beautiful patina. It measures 8″w x 12″ h to bottom of shade (add 1″ to the bottom of the Edison bulb shown, but not included) x 12″ projection. The shade is an opal glass ruffled piece that measures 6″ dia x 3 1/4″h and has a 2 1/4″ fitter. It is in mint condition with no chips, cracks or repairs with only some roughness around the fitter edge. The original Weber paddle switch socket has been restored and is fully functional. Bee hive canopy is 3 1/4″ dia x 3″ h. The socket is encased in a very unique shade holder that has all the components with a cast brass floret accent on top. The sconce accepts a standard base bulb and will come to you with updated wiring and a bracket ready to install. A lovely piece for your Victorian home!
