Description
This is a Victorian c1900 brass pole pendant with a japanned or flashed copper finish. It measures 7 3/4″w and will drop 26″ once installed. The canopy measures 4″ square x 3″h. The rare ruffled opaque milk glass shade is in excellent condition with only a couple of very small chips around the fitter that do not affect the install of the shade in any way and will disappear once it is placed on the shade holder. There are no other chips or cracks. Pair this light with an Edison bulb (as shown, but not included) for a super cool vintage look! The finish and patina on this pendant is original and has only been lightly cleaned. The drop can be adjusted so let us know if that needs to be done prior to rewiring. A fabulous representation of the Victorian era and perfect for any collector of antique light fixtures or fans of Victorian style. The light will come to you with updated period correct cloth wiring. It accepts a standard base bulb and will be tested and ready to install with a modern cross bar.
