Description
This is a large landing window c1915 in the Prairie School or Craftsman style. It has been fully restored where some pieces had to be replaced and hairline cracks covered. It is a very nice mix of stained, slag and clear pieces in deep greens, amber and white. The frame has also been restored in that all of the thick lead paint has been ground down and it has been repainted a rich graphite color and then waxed to a satiny sheen. The window measures 50″w x 43″h x 1 1/2″ thick, and the dimensions for the glass only is 45″w x 37 1/4″h. A lovely piece that deserves to be a focal point wherever it hangs.
