Description
I have four of these tin ceiling segments that were carefully salvaged from a Chicago commercial building built in the 1890s. Each one has been stripped of all lead-based paint (many layers), were lightly cleaned and then repainted i.e. hand brushed an antique gold and highlighted with with mossy green and dusty rose accents. These have then been clear coated with a matte finish polyurethane. The end result is just fabulous! They are ornately stamped with a face in the center, cornucopias with fruit, rosettes, scrolled detail, ropes and tassels. High Victorian for sure and the colors are period correct. Each one measures 4’w x 18 ½”h. Find a special spot on your wall for one (or more) of these. I will offer a discount if multiples are purchased by the same buyer.
Shipping to the lower 48 is $170 (due to insured value & dimensional weight). I will combine shipping if multiples are purchased. If there is a significant overage beyond shipping and handling, I will refund the difference. Winning buyer to assume all delivery, shipping and handling costs. Please contact us with your Zip Code for a shipping quote to locations outside the Continental U.S. or International.
