Description
This restored nickel plated brass cup/tumbler, soap and toothbrush wall mount holder from the early 20th century has been restored and replated in polished nickel due to complete loss of finish and pitting. It is a sturdy piece and measures a very generous 8 1/2″w x 5 1/2″h x 4″ projection. There is a horseshoe stamp on front and is marked “The Triad” on the back. A quick search shows that Albert Glock filed the paperwork for this design in 1897 and we also know they were manufactured in Columbus, OH, but do not know who they were manufactured by. They were shown in early plumbing catalogs without a manufacturer’s name. A rare piece indeed that will be a grand addition to your Victorian bathroom.
